Garden Hills Cool Sharks

Coach Rebekah is an Assistant Coach at Swim Atlanta Georgia Tech, and this is her fifth season coaching with the Cool Sharks. Before coming to Garden Hills, Rebekah was the head coach for the Highland Pointe Piranhas summer swim team in Cobb County, after working as an assistant coach with the Piranhas for 5 years. She swam competitively with Stingrays Swimming in Marietta for 8 years and then moved on to become a LAPS and Age Group coach for the Stingrays for 2 years. 

Coach Liam joined the Cool Sharks as an 8-year-old and swam on the team for 11 years. He also swam competitively with SwimAtlanta, Dynamo, and SPAC, and was a 4x state team member and captain with the Midtown Varsity Team (where he set several team records). This is his 7th season as a Cool Sharks coach. Liam graduates this spring with a degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Arizona, where he has enjoyed working and travelling as a manager/trainer with the UofA Varsity Swim & Dive Team. 

Coach Sarah was a varsity swimmer and 4x state team member with the Midtown High School varsity team, where she was a team captain and holds several team records. She also swam competitively with SwimAtlanta. This is her fifth year coaching and teaching lessons with the Cool Sharks, after previously swimming and coaching at Ansley Golf Club. She is also an Assistant Coach (and swimmer!) with our Cool Sharks Adult Team. Sarah is a rising senior at UNC Chapel Hill.
