Year Round Swimming
Do your kids want to keep swimming all year? Here are some great year-round swim club and lesson options where you will find other Cool Sharks families and coaches. Club registration officially starts at the end of summer each year, but most clubs are happy to let you join at any time during the year if they have space. Lessons programs usually have rolling registration throughout the year.
Swim Atlanta (SWAT)
SwimAtlanta Georgia Tech is now accepting new swimmers for our 2024-2025 year-round season. We are a family owned and operated competitive swim team with a 45 year history of training 10 & under swimmers to Age Group State meet standards, high schoolers to high school state meet standards as well as coaching those same swimmers to the Olympics (5 times!) We focus on creating a safe environment for swimmers to have fun while improving all four strokes. SwimAtlanta is one of only two USA Swimming awarded GOLD MEDAL swim clubs in the city of Atlanta. Come be a part of what we are building!

Dynamo (DYNA)
Competitive Swim Team - Dynamo’s Competitive Swim Team is continually one of the top five programs in the country. The competitive team offers 10 different groups based on age, ability, and commitment for swimmers ages 6-18. All groups will focus on technical improvements as a means to success. The competitive team places many swimmers in college each year.
Dynamo Juniors - Dynamo Juniors is designed to provide a flexible alternative for children who are participating in multiple sports/activities or are not interested in competing. The classes run on a 6-week session basis throughout the year. Swimmers receive Dynamo’s professional and quality swim instruction. There are 4 levels within the program based on age and skill level.
Swim Lessons - Dynamo Swim Lessons have taught Atlanta’s children to swim for decades. We offer classes for infants, preschoolers, grade-schoolers, and adults. Currently, Dynamo teaches lessons at 6 locations: Alpharetta, Buckhead, Chamblee, Dunwoody, Agnes Scott College, Decatur, and Oakhurst..

Metro Atlanta Aquatic Club (MAAC)
Here at MAAC, our goal is to build a competitive swim team that provides opportunities to Metro Atlanta youth to participate in a life-changing, character-building program. We will develop a diverse and competitive swim team that is reflective of Atlanta’s many unique cultures and ethnicities. We strive to make MAAC the premier choice for swimming at the Age Group level and beyond.

Buckhead Aquatics (BA)
Our new season begins August 12th and we have several different groups to choose from for any age and skill level! With our FIVE offered practices a week, and you can come any days you want each week, you can switch up the days you come each week, and you can even switch up times any time you want! Flexibility is KEY and we are here to make it as easy as possible to work BA into your lives! And all this for the highest quality swim training you will find! We believe in stroke instruction FIRST, not just swimming a bunch of laps! We are based in FUN and our swimmers have a great time making friends while working hard and learning a LOT! And did I mention we have NUTRITION education and a specialized Youth Strength Training program fully included in your membership?! All the things you want under one roof!

Eagle Swim Club (ESC)
ESC is a competitive community and USA Swimming Team open to swimmers ages 5-18. The ESC is led by Head Coach James Christie and several members of Emory's Varsity Swimming and Diving Team. ESC subscribes to the philosophy that better swimming leads to faster swimming. A great deal of emphasis is put on executing the very best streamlines, starts and turns and all technical aspects of each of the four competitive strokes. ESC encourages athletes to attend as many practices as they'd like every week. There are no attendance requirements. This allows children to explore other interests and participate in other activities.

Dekalb Aquatics (DAQ)
DeKalb Aquatics is a year-round competitive swim team serving DeKalb County, Decatur, and Metro Atlanta. DAQ is committed to racial and socio-economic diversity, team camaraderie, and integrity. Many of our dedicated coaches are former DAQ swimmers, providing personalized instruction and guidance. Swimmers are evaluated and placed into one of seven practice groups based on age and ability. No swimmer is turned away; those needing skill development are encouraged to take lessons with our skilled coaches.

Chastain Park Aquatic Club (CPAC)
CPAC competes all year and encourages our swimmers to swim for their school teams, neighborhood summer league teams, as well as to play multiple sports if they so desire. CPAC's role is to train and get the best out of each swimmer without burning them out on the sport of swimming, while supporting your family's need for flexibility! The CPAC Swim Team's primary purpose is to teach team members the basics of competitive swimming, provide them an opportunity to learn and improve their competitive swimming skills, and to do so in a unified, high spirited, team environment.

FutureSwim
FutureSwim is a fall/winter/spring practice group for swimmers ages 5-18 who want to keep swimming during the off-season without the commitment of a club team. Practices are just one day a week, either Saturdays 4-5pm or Sundays 1-2pm, and the fee is just $80 per month.
