The 2026 coaching application is now closed.
The minimum age to apply as a swim or dive coach is 15. Hiring preference is given to current and former team members. Preference is also given to applicants who are available to work the entire season (our season starts in April and ends in September) over those who can only work during the summer.
New junior coaches will be assigned to work with our Shark Pups junior team. This is a great way to develop coaching skills!
