Volunteer Signup
Volunteer Job signups open at noon the Thursday before the meet, and deadlines are 11:59 pm the day before the meet. Before this deadline, you may edit or remove your job selection at any time. After the deadline, you will need to email [email protected] as soon as possible if you are unable to fulfill your obligation.
Pay careful attention to the times listed for each job - you must be available to work the entire time slot to receive your point! Also note that you must check in at the volunteer table at the meet to be sure you get credit for your shift.

How to Sign Up for Jobs at a Meet or Event:
Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen. If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
- Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Meet/Event Calendar".
- Select a meet or event.
- Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed).
- Click Save Assignments.
- Click Back to Signup Calendar.
You will be able to view your shifts in the app at any time by clicking on each meet.
